Temp-to-Perm
In some cases our clients request we recruit for positions that will start as temporary / contract in status, but may, over time, become permanent hire positions if both the client and the assigned employee agree it is a good fit for the employee to join the client’s company as a permanent employee. QualStaff encourages its clients contemplating filling permanent positions to consider a temp-to-perm arrangement as it is an efficient means of testing their compatibility before committing to a permanent hire position with a potential employee.

Payroll Services
As a service to our clients, QualStaff Resources will, if requested, provide payroll service for client referred temporary / contract employees. This relationship means the temporary / contract employee will become an employee of QualStaff Resources, with all the required statutory Federal and State employment paperwork, tax filings, various insurance coverage and payroll processing becoming the responsibility of QualStaff as the employer of record.
