Technical Support Specialist

When I was first called by QualStaff Resources I thought that this might be another robot-call to fill a brainless position for another company that could care less for their employees. Well was I surprised, it turned out to be a call that I can proudly say changed many things in my career. I initially thought go thru the motions for the experience and get you mind primed for the interview I was about to go to in less than an hour. I instantly noticed that the questions she was asking me were questions i had asked while interviewing candidates in a previous position. The questions were properly thought out and very intricate to the position that was being offered. I can say that Rachel was very professional in the way that she presented me through to her company as well as the company they asked me to interview with. The way that the initial interview process was done was great, they really wanted to see if I was who I said i was. My references said that they thought they were being interviewed do to the great questions that were being asked. I have never had my references call me back and ask who the company was I was interviewing.  They have the best interest of the company in mind when they are placing people. It’s so important to not only fit in but that where you are is also fit for you!
