Co-President & Co-Owner
Brent Robertson is the Co-President and Co-Owner of QualStaff Resources, where he plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s strategic direction, growth, and success. With a keen focus on strategic planning, external partnerships, and the expansion of the business, Brent is dedicated to positioning QualStaff as an industry leader in recruitment and workforce solutions.

Brent Robertson is the Co-President and Co-Owner of QualStaff Resources, where he plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s strategic direction, growth, and success. With a keen focus on strategic planning, external partnerships, and the expansion of the business, Brent is dedicated to positioning QualStaff as an industry leader in recruitment and workforce solutions.
As a hands-on leader, Brent is deeply involved in both the operational and sales sides of the business, working closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure the continuous growth and evolution of the company. His leadership extends to overseeing recruitment initiatives, business development, and the identification of new opportunities to support both client and candidate success.
Before embarking on his career in the staffing industry, Brent served with distinction in the U.S. Navy from 2001 to 2007, where he held the role of Military Police Supervisor. His military background has shaped his leadership style, emphasizing discipline, integrity, and the importance of teamwork. During his service, Brent honed his skills in crisis management, strategic decision-making, and building strong, dependable teams – qualities that continue to influence his leadership at QualStaff Resources.
Brent’s passion for people and dedication to providing exceptional service have been integral to the company’s growth and reputation. He is committed to building lasting relationships and helping individuals and businesses thrive.
Becky Wubbels
Co-President & Co-Owner
With nearly two decades of hands-on experience in the staffing industry, Becky Wubbels serves as the Co-President and Co-Owner of QualStaff Resources, where she leads with a wealth of expertise in recruiting, operations, and payroll.

Throughout her career, Becky has developed a deep understanding of the intricacies of staffing, positioning her as a driving force behind the company’s success and growth.
In her role, Becky oversees the daily operations of the company, ensuring seamless management across all functions. She plays a pivotal role in operational leadership, guiding strategic budgeting, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration. Her commitment to creating an efficient, unified team environment ensures that QualStaff Resources consistently meets its goals and delivers exceptional results within the staffing industry.
Before becoming a key player at QualStaff Resources, Becky earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where she laid the foundation for her business acumen. Becky’s passion for optimizing operations, fostering teamwork, and empowering people is the cornerstone of her leadership style and the success of QualStaff Resources.
Angela Williams
Director of Payroll & Accounting
Angela Williams serves as the Director of Payroll & Accounting at QualStaff Resources, having joined the company in 2022 as the Payroll & Accounting Manager. Her expertise in payroll systems and accounting analytics, combined with her dedication to customer service, led to her promotion to Director in 2025.

Angela has a strong background in payroll and accounting systems, having earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. She is certified in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and has extensive experience working with various payroll and accounting systems, including managing system conversions. Angela’s professional journey also includes navigating the challenges of working temp assignments while raising her children, which honed her ability to adapt quickly and find solutions to challenges.
In her current role, Angela is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll and invoicing, responding to client questions, managing QSR’s accounts receivables and payables, and overseeing the implementation of the new payroll system.
Outside of work, Angela is passionate about giving back to her community. She volunteers to feed the homeless and mentors incarcerated women, using her time to make a positive impact. She finds balance by reading autobiographies and books focused on personal growth and development.
Angela is committed to furthering her understanding of QualStaff’s business development and enhancing her payroll expertise.
Jesse Lafferty
Director of Recruiting
Jesse serves as our Recruiting Manager at QualStaff Resources. With 8.5 years of experience in Staffing, Jesse brings a wealth of expertise in Recruiting Strategy, Process Flows, ATS Implementations and Client Engagement. She is responsible for working with the Recruiters to ensure they have the requirements to fill a client’s request quickly and efficiently.

She works cross functionally throughout the company to ensure that QualStaff is operating in a collaborative manner and achieving success in the staffing industry.
Before joining QSR, Jesse worked as a Casting Associate in the TV/Film industry where she worked with various Casting Directors on projects such as House, Workaholics, Star Wars, Star Trek, and Tomorrowland. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Film Production from Loyola Marymount University, which laid the foundation for her successful career in Casting, which easily translated into the staffing industry.
Outside of work, Jesse enjoys spending time with her 2 daughters and husband. They enjoy camping trips, fishing, and exploring the PNW. She is a big advocate for resetting your mind each week and getting outdoors and moving is a great way to do it.

Jennifer Pugal
Senior Client Relations, Marketing
Jennifer Pugal serves as our Senior Client Relations – Marketing at QualStaff Resources. She started on our team as an Onboarding Coordinator in 2018 and transitioned to the Client Services Team in 2019. With over 5 years of experience in client relations and strategic partnerships, Jennifer brings a wealth of expertise in Client Relationship Management, Project Management, and Strategic Planning. She is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of our onboarding of employees, company marketing, and client relations.

Before joining QualStaff Resources, Jennifer worked in higher education, where she managed company relationships to ensure students utilized their tuition reimbursement programs to minimize the cost of their education. She holds a double degree in Education and English, which laid the foundation for her career.
Outside of work, Jennifer finds joy in hiking and camping with her dog which allows her to reconnect with nature and unwind. Exploring scenic trails and enjoying the great outdoors with her pup brings a sense of adventure and relaxation. These moments offer the perfect balance to her professional life.

Nadra El-Beshti
Senior Client Relations Representative
Nadra serves as one of our Senior Client Relations Representative at QualStaff Resources. With over 5 years of experience in client services, Nadra brings a wealth of expertise in relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, and project management. She is responsible for streamlining communication between clients and internal teams, overseeing the full onboarding process, and developing automations to improve workflow efficiency.

Before joining QualStaff, Nadra worked at a healthcare research and consulting company, supporting strategic partnerships to help clients navigate their memberships and secure renewals. She holds a degree in Business Marketing, which laid the foundation for her career. Outside of work, Nadra enjoys photography, traveling, the beach, live music, and eating. These moments provide the perfect balance to her professional life, allowing her to recharge and maintain a fresh perspective in her career.

Natassia Hurgin
Lead Payroll & Accounting Specialist
Natassia Hurgin serves as the Lead Payroll and Accounting Specialist at QualStaff Resources. Natassia brings a strong expertise in payroll processing and ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery each week. She is responsible for overseeing payroll operations and invoicing, while ensuring open and transparent communication to maintain employee satisfaction.

Before joining QSR, Natassia began her career with no prior experience in payroll, transitioning from an administrative and accounting role. She started as a Payroll Specialist, advancing through the ranks to Senior Payroll and Accounting Specialist, and eventually stepping into her current leadership position. Her continuous learning and adaptability have been key to her success in this role.
Outside of work, Natassia enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children. They love outdoor activities such as walks, bike rides, and visiting the zoo. She also values family time, finding balance and relaxation through these shared experiences.
Natassia is excited to continue contributing to QualStaff’s mission by ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processes. She looks forward to further enhancing the payroll department and supporting the company’s success.
Lacey Aguirre
Recruiting Supervisor

With a strong background in team training and operations, Lacey has always excelled at motivating teams to reach their highest potential. In previous leadership roles, she led her teams to back-to-back aced audits and top customer NPS scores. She continues to train and develop new hires at QualStaff, consistently exceeding weekly goals and setting an example for the team.
Outside of work, Lacey is passionate about Disney and enjoys frequent trips to Disneyland with her family. She’s also a fan of movies, binge-watching TV shows, and baking. Watching Friends is her go-to way to unwind and find balance.
Lacey is driven to support her family and is excited about the growth of QualStaff Resources. Looking ahead, she is eager to continue contributing to the company’s success and hopes to move into a Recruiting Manager role as the team expands.
Shaela Hariri
Senior Recruiter
Shaela serves as a Senior Recruiter at QualStaff Resources, having joined the team in 2019. With extensive expertise in sourcing and recruiting, Shaela plays a vital role in ensuring that candidates are well informed and prepared for the positions they apply for. She works closely with the Client Services Department to join in on intake calls and visits client sites to better understand our clients needs.

Before joining QualStaff Resources, Shaela spent five years in the telecommunications industry, where she advanced to a managerial position and led the #1 store in her region. Her leadership experience and hands-on approach to customer service have seamlessly translated into her role in recruiting, where she thrives in providing outstanding support.
Outside of work, Shaela enjoys traveling, golfing, and hiking—activities that allow her to stay active while spending quality time with family and friends. She is also deeply passionate about marine conservation and volunteers for Sea Shepherd, the world’s leading direct-action marine conservation organization.

Lucy Gaunce
Lead Recruiter
Lucy Gaunce serves as Lead Recruiter at QualStaff Resources. With extensive experience in recruiting, Lucy has developed a strong expertise in strategic sourcing, process improvements, and building lasting relationships with her candidates. She is responsible for leading the sourcing and recruiting efforts for technical and non-technical positions, managing high-level technical roles, and ensuring that the recruitment process is both efficient and effective.

Before joining QSR, Lucy gained valuable experience working as a Recruiting Coordinator at Hulu. She brought her knowledge to QSR where she successfully collaborates with clients on RPO projects and continues to develop her recruiting skills.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from Old Dominion University, which laid the foundation for her career in recruitment. Outside of work, Lucy enjoys staying active with a routine of gym time, beach days, and keeping things clean and organized. She also loves attending concerts to recharge and unwind.

Mackezie Rios
Recruiter
Mackenzie serves as a Recruiter at QualStaff Resources. Her extensive background in retail, including leadership roles at Old Navy and Macy’s, has provided her with a strong foundation in hiring processes and candidate engagement. Mackenzie is responsible for managing her own desk, handling ramp-ups, and working directly with candidates to ensure successful placements that drive company growth. She works cross-functionally with the team to help meet client staffing needs efficiently and effectively.

Before joining QSR, Mackenzie spent 15 years in the retail industry, rising through the ranks from a seasonal associate to manager, where she developed a passion for engagement, marketing, and recruitment. This experience, combined with her natural ability to connect with people, made her transition into recruiting a smooth and seamless process. Mackenzie holds an AS degree in Medical Assisting, though her career path ultimately led her to her true calling in recruitment.
Outside of work, Mackenzie enjoys photography, baking, and spending time with her dogs. She also loves writing and listening to audiobooks, which help her unwind and find balance.
Mackenzie is excited to continue making a meaningful impact at QualStaff Resources by helping candidates land jobs and assisting clients in finding top talent. She looks forward to growing within her role and contributing to the company’s ongoing success.
